Discover the Milky Mushroom

Learn why milky mushrooms are the rising star of healthy eating.

What is a Milky Mushroom?

Milky mushroom (Calocybe indica) is a tropical mushroom native to India, loved for its thick, meaty stem and mild milky-white look. It stays fresh far longer than button mushrooms and cooks up firm and flavourful.

Because it grows well in warm, humid climates, it is ideal for small farms and home growers across India — from backyard bags to full commercial sheds.
